We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and energetic Front Desk Attendant to join our team at the NZ Post Souvenir Shop. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting customers, providing professional customer service, handling cash transactions, managing inventory, assisting with receiving and dispatching packages, assisting customers with bill payments, and providing NZTA (New Zealand Transport Agency) services. Your contributions will ensure an efficient and welcoming experience for each visitor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and answer any questions
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing souvenirs
- Handle cash transactions and issue receipts accurately
- Regularly organize and replenish stock to maintain a clean, orderly store
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and dispatching packages as needed
- Help customers with bill payments and ensure transaction accuracy
- Provide NZTA services, including handling vehicle licensing and registration inquiries
- Support inventory counting and record-keeping
- Address customer complaints and provide suitable solutions

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service, with patience and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in retail, front desk, or postal services; experience with NZTA services is a bonus
