This key role will be a crucial part of our successful Wellington pre-construction team, where you will be involved with the divisions bid preparation and post tender negotiations. To be successful in this role you will have a commercial construction background, be commercially astute and be able to demonstrate your ability to produce high quality tenders at the right price and risk profile. **Key attributes for this position include the following**: - A strong background in commercial construction and quantity surveying, including pre-construction services and quantity surveying - Proven experience with estimating software - Exceptional time management skills - Excellent negotiation abilities and a talent for building business relationships - The ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels - Leadership skills to motivate and develop team members to reach their potential - A team-oriented mindset, taking personal ownership and responsibility for results This is a permanent position with genuine potential for career advancement within a growing and dynamic organisation.
