**Job Description**:**The Opportunity**
Reporting to the Chief Estimator, we are seeking an experienced Estimator to join the team You will play a key role in supporting the business in achieving our high standards we are known for. This is a great opportunity that will provide you with the skills and training you need to progress within your field.

**What you will be responsible for?**:

- Material take offs and calculations from drawings
- Setting up of RFQ’s for Subcontractor and Suppliers
- Subcontractor and Suppliers evaluations
- Developing pricing form first principles
- Managing tender risk register
- Working closely with the Bid Team
- Attending, participating in and delivering tender reviews for senior management
- Managing the handover of successful tenders to operational staff

**What we need from you?**

As a minimum requirement, it will be expected that you are:

- Appropriate tertiary qualification and/or equivalent/relevant knowledge
- Experienced with MS Windows Suite at basic level
- Working knowledge of CCS (Candy and Siteplan)
- Experienced in or knowledge of the contracting business is preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
