We are seeking experienced Life and Health Insurance Advisers ready for their next career move. We also welcome candidates looking to transition from general insurance or banking into the Life & Health Insurance sector, as well as those currently in insurance support roles who want to move into an advisory position. What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing tailored advice across Life, Health, Trauma, and Income Protection Insurance
  • Guiding clients with personalised recommendations to secure their financial wellbeing
  • Managing the full insurance process from application to policy issuance
  • Working closely with insurers to ensure smooth approvals
  • Building long-term client relationships with ongoing reviews and support

Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from:

  • Experienced insurance advisers (NZ or overseas) ready to step up
  • Candidates from general insurance, banking or broker/insurance support wanting to switch into life and health insurance and become advisers.
  • Tertiary-qualified candidates with the right aptitude and motivation to succeed

You'll ideally bring:

  • 2-3+ years' experience in insurance, financial services, or a related customer-facing role (NZ or overseas)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A results-driven mindset with strong customer focus

What We Offer

  • Full-time role – 45 hours per week

    (40 hours Monday–Friday + 5 hours Saturdays, 12pm–5pm)
