$24 - $25 Hourly

Fixed Term/Temporary

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful assistance throughout their shopping experience.
- Ensure store shelves and displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain a clean and tidy store, including floor cleaning and shelf restocking.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Support inventory management by checking stock levels and helping with stock takes.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and deliver exceptional service.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Previous retail experience is preferred, but not essential. A passion for customer service and a willingness to learn are key

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a wide range of customers.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support others.
- Attention to detail, especially with stock organization and visual merchandising.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and transactions.
