**Being a Finance Business Partner**: The role focuses on providing accounting and finance support to the Senior Partner in Wellington as well as working with corporate finance team in Melbourne for monthly reporting requirements.

**As a Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for**:

- Project accounting and assisting management with forecasting and annual budget.
- Preparation of divisional financial and management reports
- General accounting activities including AR, AP, payroll and reconciliation.
- Business partnering with key stakeholders, developing and monitoring NZ KPI’s.
- Provide guidance and support to team members when required.

**Our ideal applicant will have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- CA/CPA qualified preferable
- 3-5 years’ experience in business partnering and previous general accounting experience
- Experience in providing management reports, analysing profitability and progress against budget
