What will you do?
This Christchurch based role reports to the Asset Strategy Manager and will support the development and implementation of effective asset management strategies that align with our long-term goals. From collaborating on strategic documents to managing budgets and resources, you'll ensure our properties operate at their best while meeting sustainability and compliance standards. You'll be involved in:
- Developing and maintaining strategic documents like the Asset Management Policy and Plans.
- Supporting major projects with feasibility analysis, business cases, and project coordination.
- Driving governance and reporting processes to track project success and address risks.
- Optimizing asset performance through data analysis, risk management, and budget oversight.
- Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and success.

Who are you?
- You have proven experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success
- Experience in asset management, property strategy, or a related field
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for problem-solving and sustainability
- You think strategically and are not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get down to the practical work too
- You value people and kindness and are passionate about delivering results
