Job Title: Retail Supervisor

Anmol Way Limited, a retail store specializing in the sale of high-quality liquor products, is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team. The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store and ensuring that customer service standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and motivate a team of retail staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Manage the store's inventory, including ordering and receiving shipments, and ensuring products are stocked and displayed correctly.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Ensure that all staff follow proper cash handling procedures and that the store's financial goals are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring their shopping experience is positive.
- Maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, ensuring that all displays are visually appealing and products are labeled correctly.
- Adhere to all legal regulations and guidelines regarding the sale of alcohol and ensure that all staff do the same.

Qualifications:

- Knowledge of the liquor industry and products preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred.
- Must be of legal drinking age and able to obtain a liquor license.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
