The Workplace Services Group sits within Organisational Capability and Services, a branch dedicated to supporting the rest of the Department to succeed by providing corporate services that help business groups and people within DIA to make the best contribution to New Zealand.
We're looking to fill the Senior Advisor Resilience and Recovery role permanently. This role provides technical advice on business continuity and incident management and supports the Manager to increase organisational resilience and identify and monitor areas of emerging risk.
**You will have**:
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to change
- Good relationship management skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders
- Knowledge of business continuity management frameworks and techniques
- Well-developed ability to critically analyse complex information and make effective decisions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
