**Works Programme - Project Engineering Support**

This role provides the opportunity to gain a broad understanding of project management processes and the role of project engineering, providing hands-on experience with projects that WEL have scheduled involving multiple crafts, assets, and services.

The intern will get insight and experience in a wide range of activities such as site visits and meetings to gather information for scoping design and delivery, assisting with drawings and As-Building site mark-ups and helping technical planners with switching and network feasibility requests of maintenance works.

Working as part of this team and helping our designers and technical planners will give them insight to this aspect of engineering. This internship is well suited to someone studying electrical engineering or similar. We are flexible with either part time or full-time hours over 2-3 months.
