**About the Role | Mō te tūnga**

We are seeking a Summer Engineering Intern to join our team over their summer break. This is a real opportunity to get paid while you enhance your learning. Our team works four, 10-hour days with three-day weekends to provide better work-life-balance.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Learning engineering from a workshop perspective
- Taking an active, hands-on approach to the production of engineering solutions
- Participate in both design and delivery for customer needs
- Learning engineering skill sets from quoting, design to production
- Take a hands-on approach in learning our engineering systems (CAD)
- Helping production team with day-to-day operations

**About You | Mō te tangata**

You are currently studying engineering and have a keen desire to put your engineering skills to the test over your summer break. Bring with you:

- A positive, can-do attitude
- A keen desire to learn and participate in business operations
- A full drivers licence (preferable)
- Ideally you are in your first or second year of study

You will be able to pass pre-employment check and you are eligible to live and work in New Zealand.
