Inchcape Automotive Retail (NZ) Limited is looking s looking for an experienced and driven **Senior Sales Consultant** to join our team at our **KGM & LDV dealership in Takanini.**

In this key role, you will not only guide customers through the vehicle purchase process but also mentor junior sales consultants, drive sales strategies, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

**Your Mission**:
Deliver exceptional experiences that turn prospects into loyal customers. From the moment a customer walks through our doors, you’ll be their guide—building rapport, understanding their needs, and matching them with the perfect vehicle. You’ll also play a key role in our aftermarket sales, ensuring customers have access to the best products to enhance their driving experience.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly personal sales targets. Be an advocate for our finance, insurance, and aftermarket solutions.
- **Deliver Exceptional Customer Service**: Provide an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint. Build trust and maintain positive relationships throughout the buying process.

- **Assist the Sales Manager**: Support strategic sales initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Customer-Focused Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or a sales role where you’ve demonstrated your ability to deliver great experiences.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow alongside your teammates.
- **Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to engage with customers both in person and through digital platforms.
- **Drive and Determination**: A full NZ driver’s license and a passion for helping customers find the vehicle that fits their needs.
