Working closely with Account Managers, this role is key in achieving customer satisfaction and delivering comprehensive "end-to-end" service. Additionally, the position involves handling various administrative tasks within the customer service team. This is a full time position based in Takanini. - Phones answered in a timely manner and customers kept informed of any issues immediately. - Ensure timely processing and distribution of the Inboxes across all businesses. - Timely and accurate entry of orders and general data processing within agreed deadlines. - Processing of account sales, and cash sales in accordance with CSR policies and procedures. - Respond to a variety of customer enquiries and issues including (Late or no-delivery, Pricing inquiries) - Maintain Grade of Service on Queues. - Follow processes for managing customer complaints and ensure follow through to resolution. - Quotations processed in timely manner and customer informed. - Liaise with Inventory team with any stock shortages and delays. - Website enquiries dealt with in a timely manner. **What you bring to the role**: - Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates a strong commitment to professionalism. - Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, consistently delivering accurate and thorough work while meticulously reviewing all aspects to ensure quality. - Team-oriented and proactive in all tasks. - Highly flexible and adaptable to change. - Reliable, cooperative, friendly, and punctual. - Eager to pursue advanced skills and continuous improvement. - Capable of working independently or as an active team member. - Communicates effectively at all levels.
