- Assemble Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with The Property Group to identify an experienced Senior Property Consultant to join the team, based in Christchurch.
- The Property Group Limited (TPG) is Aotearoa’s largest specialist property and planning consultancy. With over 190 professionals across the country, they are proud to partner with central and local government, iwi, and private organisations to deliver infrastructure, community facilities, and spaces that make a real difference.

**The Role**:

- Due to a growing pipeline of exciting and meaningful work, TPG are on the hunt for a Senior Property Consultant to join their high-performing Christchurch team. In this senior-level Property Consultant role will see you leading key property projects that shape our communities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage relationships with councils, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
- Lead and deliver multiple projects with technical excellence.
- Support and mentor junior consultants, while collaborating with senior peers.
- Play a strategic role in business development and growth initiatives.
- Help build resilient and thriving communities through property expertise.

**Skills and Experience**:

- You’re a confident and technically strong property professional with at least 5 years' of work experience.
- A solid understanding of public and private sector property processes.
- Expertise in relevant legislation, you will ideally have gained exposure to the Public Works Act, however this is not a must.
- Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
- A consultancy mindset - proactive, solutions-focused, and delivery-driven.
- Ideally you will have experience in mentoring people and leading projects.
- A relevant degree in property, law or a related field is preferred.
