We are seeking internal interest for the role of Category Specialist Apparel Chapter Lead, in Buying & Design.

**Job Description**:
We’re looking for a dynamic, self-starter to step into this crucial role for our business - the Category Specialist (Apparel) Chapter Lead.

The role is two-fold; your time will be split between delivering the integral operational administration and buying assistance in your squad, and people management; empower, coach and mentor your team of to support the customer goals of our Apparel tribe and operate with excellence and purpose everyday

This pivotal support and admin role will see you working as part of a passionate team who help deliver exciting apparel ranges for our customers and retail stores. Working collaboratively with an experienced cross-functional team and the first point of contact for relationships with suppliers and management of product samples, print approvals and Lap Dips, you will also be responsible for ensuring the efficient order management, product attribution and supporting the delivery of new apparel ranges according to critical paths.

The people management aspects will see you facilitate capability growth, consistency and allocation of resources within your chapter. This is where you will draw on your coaching skillset by tuning into the team, empowering them and leading by example.

**Qualifications**:
You’ll be passionate about and love retail as much as we do This role will see you work cross functionally and influence a range of stakeholders at all levels. Equally important is your ability to develop, empower and nurture your team to drive engagement and the craft’s best practice - your passion and drive to share knowledge and raise the bar on productivity and efficiency will be infectious. Living and breathing Agile attributes such as servant leadership, collaboration and a growth mindset will come naturally to you.

Your prioritisation and time management skills are strengths as you work efficiently to juggle priorities, manage workload and deliver to strict deadlines with ease. You will have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, have a high attention to detail and robust organisational skills.
