As a Senior Cadastral Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Surveyor-General in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of New Zealand's cadastral system. Your responsibilities will include:

- Setting Standards: Collaborate with the Surveyor-General to establish and maintain standards for cadastral and geodetic survey systems.
- Monitoring and Auditing: Conduct audits and monitor compliance to ensure the integrity of land information.
- Problem Solving: Work with our close-knit team to support our survey customers with technical solutions, dispensation requests and investigations of anomalies.

**He pukenga tou - Skills & Experience**
- Hold or be eligible to hold a NZ Cadastral Survey License.
- Experience in cadastral surveying in NZ is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

The expected appointing range for this role is $120,000 to $130,000 depending on skills and experience:
