**What you'll do**:
As an Insights and Compliance Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth through data analysis. Your role will involve exploring and examining data from various sources, analysing this data to uncover hidden insights that could identify business opportunities or problems. You will not only collect and report on this data but also interpret it from different angles, providing recommendations on how best to utilise it for the SLT. Your insights will play a crucial role in enacting impactful changes within our organisation.
- Provide impactful and engaging leadership for the Insights and Compliance team.
- Lead and manage one direct report.
- Explore and examine data from multiple disparate sources to provide business insights.
- Analyse all data with the goal of discovering previously hidden insight.
- Collect and report on data, determining what it means, then recommending ways to derive value from it.
- Utilise insights to enact impactful change within the organisation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to help deliver data driven decision making.

**What you bring**:

- Demonstrated experience at senior management level in similar role.
- Ability to find a story in data and provide a coherent narrative about key data insights.
- Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of SQL queries and supporting data logic.
- Intermediate/Advanced Knowledge of Power BI reporting tools.
- Strong business acumen with a passion for delivering value through data analysis and reporting.
- Proven ability to communicate findings to stakeholders in a way that can influence how an organization approaches a business challenge.
- High attention to detail and accuracy with proven experience with analysing raw data.
