Based in Penrose, Auckland, Fresh to Go is a leading manufacturer of fresh salads, gourmet salads and other food products which are sold in supermarkets and fast food chains. Right now the company is looking for high school leavers to build a career in the food manufacturing industry.

You could be a high school leaver or taking a gap year before starting tertiary studies. Or you want to see what other work opportunties are out there. If you're looking for work, consider food manufacturing.

Food manufacturing is one of the world's biggest industries, with many different roles and career pathways. And we're looking for school leavers who want to earn dollars while learning at the same time.

We have a number of different roles including warehousing, process working, machine operators, quality control and team leader/management apprenticing.

Generally, at the start the roles require you to be part of one of our teams, helping to make our products.

Experience working in the food industry is not necessary. If you're successful you must be able to start immediately. Other requirements include:

- Have permanent residence, citizenship or a valid work visa.
- Have good levels of physical fitness and can lift heavy objects (up to 20kg).
- Like working with your hands and operating machinery
- Work with food products and adhere to the strict hygiene and health standards required in the food industry
- Can work in a smoke-free, alcohol-free and drug-free environment
- Have reliable, private transport
- Can start work at 6:00am finishing at 2.30pm.
- Work days Monday-Saturday. You can choose days you wish to work. Full or part time.

- You are a top person with a great attitude.
- You are interested in building a career in the food manufacturing industry
