The **Sustainability Analyst** position is a key role within our Sustainability team. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Insights, but working alongside the Sustainability Manager on a day to day basis, this critical role truly helps deliver T&G Global’s sustainability strategy and overarching business strategy.

Key responsibilities include;
- Capturing, analysing and reporting on all sustainability data, ranging from greenhouse gas emissions to supply chain data, across T&G.
- Identifying trends, risks and opportunities and compare how we are tracking against our targets.
- Working alongside our Sustainability Manager and our Finance team to inform business units on their progress and actions needed to further reduce/manage emissions and other factors more effectively.
- Ensuring data is accurate and robust and meets all required external auditing and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting requirements

T&G offers a flexible working environment with a mix of work from home and onsite in Ellerslie with free onsite parking.

You possess a sharp commercial acumen, analytical mind and the drive to create high quality insights that support decision making. You're proactive, curious, and a master at telling the stories behind the data. On the technical side, you're a confident user of Microsoft Excel and experience in data management, data cleaning, data analysis and reporting.
