We are looking for a Part Time Customer Service extraordinaire to answer queries professionally

Our client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to assist their team answering queries on the phone. Joining a well-established small team, training provided and immediate start required.

**What we are offering**:

- Excellent pay rate
- On the job training
- 30 Hours per week (Mon - Fri between 8am - 5pm)

**The role involves**:

- Answering queries on the phone
- Excellent communication skills
- Reception duties
- Dealing with some disgruntled callers professionally

**You will have**:

- Previous call centre experience desired but not essential
- Professional phone manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Great computer skills

Your previous customer service experience and ability to offer a positive attitude and calm demeanor will ensure you are right for this role.
