We are seeking an experienced **Operations IT Manager** to lead the day-to-day performance, workflow, and overall success of our business operations. From sales handover to technical delivery, you will ensure stability, security, and efficiency of all IT systems while aligning technology operations with business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead and manage the Helpdesk team, ensuring smooth ticket triage and workflow.
- Oversee operational processes from sales to delivery, driving seamless communication across teams.
- Ensure consistent service delivery, vendor partnership management, and SLA compliance.
- Coach, mentor, and develop IT staff while promoting a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Optimize and automate the **Kaseya platform** (Autotask, IT Glue, MyITProcess).
- Monitor KPIs, staff performance, and prepare regular IT metrics reports.
- Uphold compliance with company policies, IT security standards, and asset management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

**Experience & Skills**

- Advanced knowledge of the Kaseya Platform, particularly Autotask, IT Glue, and MyITProcess.
- Minimum 5 years' proven experience in an MSP or IT services environment.

- Technical proficiency across operating systems, networks, and IT security measures.
- Strong leadership skills: goal setting, motivating teams, delegating, and providing clear direction.
- Critical thinking & problem-solving: ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and optimize performance.
- Project management expertise: resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
