The principal purpose of the Corporate Strategy Lead role is to provide strategic insights, advice and thought leadership in the development and implementation of the AT corporate strategy, statement of intent and divisional operating plans.

The role will ensure there are well defined implementation plans that support the achievement of objectives outlined in the areas prioritized as our strategic shifts. The role will also participate in major strategic initiatives across AT, providing advice, analysis, challenge and technical support such as business case development.

**Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity**
- Provide research, analysis and insights to support the development and implementation of AT's Corporate Strategy and the strategic initiative programme.
- Prepare guidance and strategic advice for business units working on divisional level operating plans, as part of the strategy execution system.
- Prepare business cases or feasibility analysis to support the design, funding and implementation of strategic initiatives within the corporate strategy
- Provide reporting to the CEO, ELT and Board in the areas of corporate strategy and business planning.
- Act as the internal management consultant on strategy and take part in strategy development or implementation workshops and design sessions to help guide senior managers with complex problem solving

- A relevant tertiary qualification
- 10+ years of experience in strategy development and delivery, strategic planning or business transformation.
- Proven ability to understand complex organisations and identify key value drivers.
- Experience delivering on complex organisation wide projects, including the use of latest technologies.
- Strong history of managing effective relationships in a complex, political environment
