Thai Restaurant in central Auckland

We are a busy Thai restaurant looking for experienced staff to help serve customers and assist with front of house duties

Flexible schedule Hours are usually 5pm to 10pm

3 to 5 days per week available

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking friendly and enthusiastic **Front of House Wait Staff** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serving customers and taking orders
- Table service, including setting up tables, clearing dishes, and refilling beverages
- Upselling menu items and recommending dishes
- Liaising with customers to address any concerns or requests
- Identifying potential issues and escalating them to management
- Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Ability to follow systems and processes regarding the above

- A positive and friendly personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Common sense and experience in working in a restaurant environment
- Ability to work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Team-oriented and willing to help others
