**LET'S FRAME THIS FOR YOU**:
CARTERS Queenstown is seeking a sales administrator or coordinator with fast and accurate data entry skills, a good telephone manner, keen eye for detail and commitment to providing outstanding service to our customers.

Primary responsible for processing and generating orders for picking and delivery of items from customers as well as:

- Supporting Account Managers with customer orders
- Organising buy-ins and following up back orders
- Liaising with transport providers to organise delivery
Exhibit effective telemarketing sales techniques to achieve branch sales targets

You'll be able to demonstrate previous experience working in fast-paced environment where customer service is key. The time-sensitive nature of our customer needs requires an ability to input accurate data quickly, processing sales orders within specified timeframes as per requirements and operational capability.

**KEEN TO NAIL THIS?**

The foundations to this role will see you demonstrating the below skill set:

- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Sound MS Word and Excel skills coupled with fast and accurate data entry
- Good customer relationship skills and problem-solving ability
- Product or industry experience would be an advantage but not essential
- Good geographical knowledge of the area
