Our clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms will ensure a relaxing stay at the end of a busy day of sightseeing, travel or work.

We are looking to recruit 2 Commercial Housekeepers who are confident in all aspects of cleaning and housekeeping duties in our motel. This role is 35 hours a week, with a competitive salary of at least $25/hour.

**Some of the essential duties are**:

- Cleaning the guest rooms, public areas, and the immediate outside areas of the motel
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the appliances, kitchenware, floor, carpet, curtains, and furniture by operating machines or using hand tools
- Picking up rubbish and emptying garbage containers
- Replenishing the supplies inside the guest rooms and restocking the minibars
- Making beds, changing bed linens and restoring room conditions
- Managing the washing, sorting and storage of linen, towels and clothes
- Assisting other workers in the motel when required to provide high quality customer service

**What we are looking for**

This is a busy and diverse role, providing both cleaning and housekeeping services around the motel as needed. Therefore, you are expected to be resilient, kind and patient, while a good level of fitness will be helpful in delivering the services.

Prior relevant working experience is not required but will be an advantage. You will also need to be a team player and able to manage your time well in order to complete all your tasks. Besides, you need to have the ability to work on a rostered and rotating shift pattern.
