**11 x Commercial Housekeepers**
**_Days:_** Works are scheduled Monday to Sunday of each week
**_Hours_**: 30 hours - 55 hours per week. 30 quanranteed hours of work every week.
**_Pay range:_** $25 - $30 per hour, depending on qualification, skills, and experience.

**_ Location:_** NZ Auckland based.

**Description**:
Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties in hotels, motels and other commercial premises, and in private residences.

**Tasks**
- cleaning the interior of buildings and the immediate outside areas
- sweeping, mopping and polishing floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, and cleaning curtains and upholstered furniture
- dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittings
- picking up rubbish, emptying garbage containers, and taking contents to waste areas for removal
- restocking minibars and replenishing items such as drinking glasses, writing equipment, linen and groceries
- stripping and making beds, and changing bed linen
- maintaining kitchens, washing dishes and cooking utensils, and cleaning appliances, cupboards, counters, pantries and floors
- picking up, sorting, washing, drying, ironing and mending linen and clothes
- preparing and cooking meals, setting and clearing tables, and serving food and beverages
- taking care of household pets and plants, receiving visitors, answering telephones, delivering messages, and shopping for groceriesJob Requirements:
**Job Requirements**
- No formal qualification is required, any certificate or experience is a bonus
- Prior work experience is not required but would be an advantage
- On job training will be provided
- Able to work independently as well as a team
- Working under pressure
- Be physically fit and capable of performing repetitive work and working overtime
- Excellent work ethic and great time management passion for the industry
- Must not have any criminal convictions
- Must be flexible and willing to work odd hours if required.
- All applicants should have NZ Residency or a valid NZ work visa.
- As part of Company Health and Safety standards a pre-employment drug and alcohol test may be required prior to commencement of this role.
