About the Role
Primeproperty Group is seeking a reliable and proactive Cleaner & Gardener to maintain our residential property at 19 Blakey Avenue. This live-in role is key to keeping the property clean, safe, and well-presented, both inside and out. You'll work closely with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure tenants enjoy a welcoming, high-quality living environment.

What You'll Do:

• Keep interior spaces and communal areas spotless and well-maintained.
• Maintain gardens, tidy outdoor areas, and manage rubbish collection.
• Respond to emergencies and after-hours incidents when required.
• Assist with tenant enquiries, property viewings, and inspections.
• Support Health & Safety compliance and report maintenance issues promptly.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in cleaning, gardening, or property maintenance.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Friendly, approachable, and skilled at resolving minor conflicts.
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual tasks.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety standards; understanding of Residential Tenancies Act is a plus.
