NZQA is on a journey to evolve how assessment works for learners across the motu. We're looking for a **Project Advisor** to support engagement and change activities within the Assessment Division - someone who's practical, people-focused, and ready to make a difference.

This role is about making sure our kaimahi and stakeholders are informed, involved, and supported as we explore future changes to how we work. You'll be part of a small, agile team to design and deliver engagement that's inclusive, strategic, and grounded in Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead and support engagement activities that bring people together
- Develop clear, accessible resources and communications that reflect diverse perspectives.
- Collaborate across teams and agencies
- Champion the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and inclusive practice in everything you do.
