**Team Leader - Night Shift**

Be part of our Landing Drive Distribution Centre (LDDC) as a Team Leader in our Night Shift Operations Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Foodies whānau and work in one of the largest Distribution Centre’s in New Zealand.

As Team Leader you will lead a team of dedicated Warehouse Operators

**As a Team Leader you’ll also**:

- Champion our Journey to Zero safety objectives, ensuring that safety is the foundation of all activities in your team.
- Collaborate closely with your Operations Manager to plan and coordinate daily operations, as well as specific functional areas within our Distribution Centre.
- Foster effective communication and engagement within your team through regular team meetings and one-on-one discussions.
- Develop a high-performing culture within your team by investing in the growth and development of your people.
- Embrace a hands-on and proactive approach, leading by example as you tackle operational challenges alongside your team.
- Manage the high performance and disciplinary if your team.
- The roster for this role is Monday to Friday 2230 - 0630

**What skills and experience you need**
- You will have a can-do attitude with an infectious energy to motivate your team.
- You will be prepared to lead and go above and beyond for your team and colleagues.
- You will be highly engaged, a self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement
- Must have the ability to be trusted to lead while making the best-informed decisions for both the business and your own wellbeing.
