As the Business Information Systems Manager, you will lead a team of 7 and oversee the continuous improvement of the business systems in use across the UP Education Group.

**About the Role**

As the Business Information Systems Manager, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and continuous improvement of the business systems in use across the UP Education Group. These systems support the primary business processes that enable management of the student lifecycle; academic progression and tracking; regulatory and compliance reporting. This includes leading the delivery of reliable information via reports and dashboards that support better business insights and decision making.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Developing an annual business systems
- Development, implementation and training of agreed operational reporting
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
- Team management

**About You**
- Ability to think strategically and align IT initiatives with business objectives. An understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies, with the ability to recommend innovative solutions to business problems
- Proven change management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Exposure to any of these technologies - CRM; Student Management Systems; ERP;
- Previous experience in the education sector (NZ or Australia) would be an advantage but not essential.
- Any exposure to process improvement would be an advantage
