With over 80 staff in our workforce and management teams, we offer stability and the opportunity for professional growth.**About The Role.**

We are currently searching for experienced Leading Hands to join our growing team. The role will see you working across several commercial projects throughout the Auckland region.
- All employees will exhibit the following core competencies:

- Access to a reliable vehicle and suitable work tools.
- Excellent time management, reliability, and communication.
- Understand workplace safety practices for construction sites.
- Maintain health & safety practices across your team and work sites.
- Minimum 3 years experience with mid-scale commercial projects.
- Ability to manage a team of form workers on commercial contracts.
- Provide daily planning and ion to ensure work is completed.
- Provide training and development to improve skills in your team.
- Liaise with various clients, subcontractors, and Highrise office staff.
- Experienced in SystemFormwork and power tools related to the trade.
