Working from our **Te Puni Post Shop in Petone**, our Mail and Customer Service Officers deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone. You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.

**What we need from you**:

- Be available to work **Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 1pm - 5.30pm and Thursday 12 noon - 5.30pm**
- Reliable transport to get to and from work
- Previous experience in a customer facing environment, ideally retail
- Problem solving skills - can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?
- Administration and data entry skills
