Based at the Te Puni ( Wellington Mail Centre ) Box Lobby, The Esplanade, Petone, we are looking for a Mail and Customer Service Representative to deliver an exceptional level of customer service as you deal with inquiries, requests or complaints from customers at our front Counters and Box Lobby's. You'll also carry out administrative support work to support these key areas. Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.
The needs of our customers are ever-changing and happening faster every day - our team needs to be one step ahead of these changes and act quickly.

**What we need from you**:

- Be available to work Thursday to Saturday from 7am until 12pm
- Problem solving skills - someone who can think on the fly and find the best outcomes
- Administration and data entry skills
- A restricted or full New Zealand car license
