My client is an established and trusted boutique Investment Bank operating nationwide. They’re busy, they’re growing and they are ready for another analyst at either an intermediate or senior level to join the team.

This role is well supported by a team of highly engaged and experienced directors, with a clearly defined purpose of delivering high quality outcomes to customers, as well as developing the skillsets of their team.

Key Areas of Accountability
- Analysing financial records, preparing spreadsheet models;
- Providing market research insights and competitor analysis;
- Maintenance of transactional files and documents;
- Due diligence reviews and compliance checking and reporting;
- Drafting reports and client documentation;
- Liasing with clients, issuers and investees - fostering strong relationships whilst maintaining an efficient, professional approach.

What we’re looking for from you:

- A minimum of 1-2 years experience as an Analyst in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Transaction Advisory or similar;
- A relevant tertiary qualification (Finance, CA, CFA);
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with an understanding of valuation methodologies;
- Foundational understanding of accounting and cash flow management;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must, with strong interpersonal skills;
- A results focused, strong work ethic with the ability to work independently within a team environment.
