**Ko tā mātou mahi | Our role**

The Senior Investment Analyst is responsible for the assessment and leading of projects related to value-enhancing opportunities, regulatory analysis, analysis of business performance, and updating and maintaining Vector’s long-term forecast models. As a senior in the team, you’ll also play a key role mentoring others.

You’ll also be responsible for evaluating and leading Merger and Acquisition (M&A) opportunities. This will include valuation, due diligence, structuring, execution, and preparing Board papers/presentations.

**Te hunga e kimihia ana e mātau | Who we are looking for**
- You’ll hold a qualification in finance/accounting, and a CFA registration or Masters in Corporate Finance
- You’ll have prior analyst experience at senior level in a Big 4 corporate finance team, investment bank or similar
- You’ll have a thorough knowledge of corporate finance, valuation methodology and financial modelling, and an understanding of financial accounting concepts
- You’ll be confident playing a leading role in M&A transactions.
