**Position Description**

The Sales Support at our Wellington Trade Centre will be accountable to support the performance and development of the trade centre by promoting and selling the company's product range and delivering on top notch customer service to our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- To promote and sell the company's product range to achieve or exceed budgeted sales volumes and profitability;
- To ensure that Ramset Trade Centre is at all times presented and operating in accordance with company policy;
- Ensure that Pronto, Outlook and Teams are used effectively to assist with operational efficiency;
- Develop and maintain relationships customers through in-store sales and service and that regular contact is made with customers that have potential to grow;
- Work with Territory Managers to provide efficient service and support to trade customers;
- Ensure daily site deliveries are made in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner;
- Ensure the trade centre is presented and operating in accordance with company policy; and

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Demonstrated ability to use influencing skills to solution sell products and services;
- Demonstrated ability to operationalise sales plans and achieve sales targets with the Trade Centre;
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships;
- Strong communication, mechanical aptitude; and
- Commitment to driving a safety culture and continuous improvement.
