As Global Chief Financial Officer at Orion Health, you will drive our financial growth strategy across our international markets in the UK and Europe, the Middle East, North America, Australia and the Asia Pacific region. You will lead our high-performing Commercial and Finance functions and have a significant impact on our journey and direction but also have direct influence on the digital transformation of health systems around the world.

Orion Health is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year having effectively pioneered the software category for digital healthcare records globally. But now with fresh leadership and a clear focus and passion for transforming the healthcare experience of people, patients and clinicians everywhere, Orion Health is looking to the future.

The company has reset itself with its Orion Health 2.0 strategy and the new Global CFO will use that solid foundation to develop and launch the next phase of the commercial growth strategy. The Global CFO will not only ensure robust financial discipline across the business, but also lead and execute a transformational growth pathway.

**The Role**
- Will lead the development and implementation of a growth focussed financial strategy and oversee all global financial and commercial operations.
- Will lead a high performing team to robustly manage the financial performance of the company and provide direct reporting and guidance to the CEO, board and shareholders.
- Will be a visionary leader and champion across the global business relentlessly working to improve the company's financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and managing risk as a key strategic partner of the CEO.
- Will be a change agent. The Global CFO must be willing to challenge the status quo and make changes that are necessary for the company's long-term success.

**About you**

You are an exceptionally strong executive leader with extensive experience overseeing global financial operations, preferably in a software landscape. Your financial foresight and technical capability can see around corners. You challenge and influence with confidence. You drive result-oriented commercial and financial strategy with ease and underpinning your experience, is your innate ability to problem solve and make business critical decisions on the fly, without ever missing a speck of detail. With a people-led culture at your core, you are comfortable working and connecting with teams across a diverse and empowered organisation.

The successful applicant will be based locally to our Auckland Head Office, and hold the required relevant qualifications (CAANZ).
