**About the role**
We are recruiting for a Commercial Property Lawyer. This role is based in our Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland office.

Anderson Lloyd has one of the strongest property teams in New Zealand, comprising of 7 partners nationwide. As a result of the continued growth in our commercial property practice, we are now recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join us in our Auckland office. We are looking for a lawyer with 4+ years' experience.

Working alongside two dynamic and flexible partners, this is an ideal opportunity to progress your career through involvement in all aspects of our varied and exciting property practice including commercial property acquisitions and divestments, commercial/industrial/retail leasing, large scale property development, property finance, forestry and ETS advice, and Overseas Investment Act advice.

**What you will bring**
To be successful you will have practical property experience or a combination of property and general commercial experience.

You will have exceptional levels of self-awareness and interpersonal skills and have a proven ability to build strong, influential relationships based on trust. You will be highly responsive, organised and able to manage a wide variety of tasks.
