**Role**:
This role has come about due to increasing work and upcoming projects. There is a strong workflow with plenty of client contact, with scope and support to develop your own clients as well. The clients include SMEs as well as some larger companies, high net worth individuals and private clients. The work is interesting and varied including commercial/property transactions, developments, and commercial conveyancing.

**You**:
Proven experience in managing transactions is required. You don’t need to be an expert in all areas, but a willingness to develop further is helpful. You will be interacting directly with clients daily so the ability to work independently with a broad range of clients is essential. Ideally, you will be practical and pragmatic in your advice and dealings with clients. There is very good support available, and you will find a collaborative environment and team, who are family-focussed, where you can really be 'part of the firm's fabric'. You will be driven and ambitious and potentially looking for partnership in the future.
