**Core Responsibilities**:

- Provide insights to and support the Customer Business Planning in coordination with Key Account Managers and Demand Planning team
- Identify, highlight and action market inventory issues with recommendations to Demand Planning team and Account Managers for future product flow
- Facilitate retail promotional tracking
- Collaborate with Demand Planning team to assure transparency and alignment in customer listings and future demand plans
- Conduct market inventory and retail closing stock analysis
- Facilitate the monthly Sales Review preparing the information and presentation for the meeting and driving the actions and outcomes after the meeting
- Participate and drive projects within ANZ and/or the wider APAC organization

Customer Operations stream is a vital link between the sales and demand planning team. This role combines the insights from day-to-day retail key metrics with qualitative data provided by the sales team in order to make the difference for our retailers via world-class demand plans and top-notch execution.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- 3-5 years experience in Operations field
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- SAP knowledge
- MS Excel proficiency is a must
- Ability to work under pressure
- Partner management skills
- Strong communicator
