Your Role as a QS & Project Administrator

As a QS & Project Administrator, you will play a vital role in our team, ensuring the smooth execution and management of projects with precision, efficiency, and a dedication to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintaining tender registers.
- Provide administrative support to project managers and quantity surveyors.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractor register.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation and records for all tenders.
- Assist in procurement processes and contract administration.
- Participate in planning timeframes and deliverables.
- Prepare contract documents.

- A highly organised individual with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and external parties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel and word.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

**Essential Qualifications and Skills**:

- Experience in a similar administrative role within the construction or engineering industry.
- Working knowledge of construction contract law and project financials.
- Working knowledge of the tender process.
- Full New Zealand driving licence is preferred.
