The purpose of the Engineering Manager role within HEB's Civil Construction team is to lead and manage all engineering aspects of large-scale heavy civil construction projects. This includes overseeing the technical design, planning, and execution phases to ensure that projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with both HEB's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
The Engineering Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the success of complex infrastructure projects by driving innovation, managing risks, and providing technical leadership. Additionally, the role is responsible for building and maintaining high-performance engineering teams, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within budget and on time.
