Permanent Full time (30+ hours)

**About you,**
- Recently completed or soon to complete a Master’s or PhD degree in Engineering
- Enjoy improvement projects and have an engineering and inquisitive mind
- Good understanding of Microsoft office software
- Good communication with a get it done attitude

**It is an advantage to have,**
- An understanding of manufacturing processes and how performance is measured.
- CAD experience (SoildWorks, SoildEdge or similar).
- Power BI experience and an understanding of SQL data bases and coding.

**What you will do**,
- Support production with engineering solutions
- Support the Operations and Quality Manager
- Help with our Microsoft BI implementation across critical business functions at Oasis.
- Build BI visuals, such as reports and analytic dashboards.
- Develop I4.0 technologies, data streams and KPI’s to drive improvement.
- Train and document BI processes.
- Reverse engineer current ERP reports into LIVE BI dashboards.
- Work with external contractors to implement advanced BI functions.
