**About The Role**:

Demand for our research services is increasing and we are seeking a talented and energetic Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our South Island team.

You will work alongside our consultants to ensure a good understanding of each role and its challenges, attend client briefings, and provide search solutions and advice across a range of executive leadership and governance assignments.

You will:

- quickly understand a client’s business, the role, and their specific talent requirements;
- know how to seek out and identify top talent through a variety of sources;
- have a good eye for detail, be highly organised and driven to consistently deliver quality results;
- have the confidence to approach senior executives to clearly articulate career opportunities;
- have a high degree of professional integrity with a good sense of commercial acumen; and
- be comfortable regularly using technology and CRM databases.

**Skills & Experience**:
To be successful you will have:

- proven commercial and business acumen
- experience in a professional services or commercial business environment
- an ability to juggle multiple priorities and work at pace without compromising quality
- an ordered and organised approach
- demonstrated strong capability in partnering and taking initiative
- a professional consultative nature and customer-centric approach
- exceptional computer skills, including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, Internet, and CRM databases
- a curious and determined mindset, be persistent and eager to get successful results
- outstanding time management skills with a willingness to handle the administration component of the role
- a relevant tertiary qualification.
