**The Role**

Some of the things that you might be involved in include:

- Sourcing - both passive and active, coming up with useful and creative ways of keeping our talent pool engaged
- Employer branding - being a champion of our employer brand, building industry relationships, attending networking events etc. with the wider People Experience team
- Org design & hiring plan - working with our leadership team to constantly update the hiring plan, making recommendations on which roles to hire next, their scope, and why
- Culture guardian - becoming a passionate advocate of our recruitment philosophy, and ensuring this is lived throughout every campaign

**About You**

We think you’ll be a fit for this role if you have:

- 5+ years of recruitment experience for a variety of roles (bonus points for experience in engineering)
- The confidence to initiate and own the entire recruitment process for any role that comes your way, working with hiring managers
- An ability to balance multiple recruitment drives at once
- Experience creating and nurturing talent pools
- Experience in (and passion for) creating and implementing strategies to increase the diversity of our applicant pool
- A positive, outgoing personality - someone who thrives off connecting with others
- An infectious passion about Osho and what we do
- An ability to learn quickly, understand role requirements, and know how to ask the right questions
- The desire or passion for working in a start-up environment
