We are keen to find a Recruitment Lead with both strategic and operational experience, to partner with our ANZ Delivery & Solutions business and continue building a high level of service. The role reports in to the ANZ Talent Acquisition Manager and can be based in any of our New Zealand offices (Auckland / Christchurch / Wellington).

The TA Lead will be responsible for all contractor and staff resourcing, working across all levels within the business. You should be experienced working with Exec leadership to understand business growth strategies and provide input from a resourcing perspective and then develop and implement strategies to attract and engage talented people to support the business. This is a hands on role primarily supporting our New Zealand Transport business with a secondary focus on strategically supporting growth across all our NZ operations.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing project resourcing strategies to meet workforce planning
- Ability to identify and engage professionals at all levels and from a range of disciplines
- Experience developing and maintaining talent pipelines across disciplines to meet ongoing project manpower needs for the life of project
- A competitive ‘agency’ mindset with a hunger to find talent

You will have autonomy in this role to develop, implement and deliver sourcing strategies to meet the needs of your business in your own way. You will be part of a regional People & Places Solutions Talent Acquisition Team with TA Partners in the Asia Pacific, Middle East and India regions.
