Eight brands make up the portfolio of UCC in Australia and New Zealand, some of these include Espresso Mechanics, Toby’s Estate, Mocopan, Robert Harris, L’affare and Atomic Coffee Roasters. **Why join us as our Customer Service Representative** We are on the hunt for a passionate, bubbly and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Working with Australian and New Zealand based customers, you'll be responsible for processing orders, answering customer queries (both inbound/outbound calls) and supporting the all-round customer experience, all while representing our delicious and quality coffee brands. What contributes to the excitement of this position? Being at the forefront of our business is just the beginning. You'll also have the chance to engage with coffee enthusiasts across various backgrounds, ranging from café customers, major distributors, and end consumers. Your role will involve facilitating access to our top-tier blends and ensuring impeccable customer service throughout the process. You'll be the first point of contact for any customer queries or issues, providing timely and effective solutions to keep our coffee lovers across Australasia happy. You will join a tight-knit team of great communicators who support each other when the grind gets heavy and value having a laugh whilst they do the doing. **Who are we looking for?** You’ll have an eye for detail, system adaptability and a commitment to quality.
