**Your Role**:

- **Reception & Patient Experience** - Be the welcoming face of our practice Manage front desk operations, greet patients warmly, and handle new patient inquiries with professionalism and care.
- **Dental Assisting**- Work alongside our Orthodontist and Orthodontic Auxiliary to assist with patient appointments in the clinic.
- **Future in Treatment Coordination** - Potential professionally structured training delivered through our consulting company. Assist in the new patient consultation, ensuring seamless communication between patients, orthodontists, and support staff.
- **Community Engagement** - Help build relationships with referring dentists and local schools, identifying opportunities to strengthen community partnerships and enhance brand awareness.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on **organisation and efficiency** You should be proactive in managing your tasks, follow through on patient communication, and anticipate solutions before escalating issues to our Orthodontist. **Work Schedule**:
At Botany Orthodontist, we value work-life balance. We offer flexible hours and are open to hiring someone for 4 days a week, depending on the applicant, with the opportunity to take on more days as our practice grows
- we are looking at initially 30 hours per week:

- Tuesday: 8.45 am - 1:00 pm
- Wednesday: 8.45 am - 6:00 pm
- Thursday: 8.45 am - 6:00 pm
- Friday: 8.45 am - 5:00 pm
