**Head of Strategy & Architecture**

**Your role**:
Lead the development and operation of an architectural practice. Using standards, systems and roadmaps, work with the business to deliver and demonstrate technology and digital value to customers inside and outside the business:

- Technology Strategy Leadership: Horizon-gaze and develop fit-for-purpose executable strategy to drive transformation outcomes
- People Management & Leadership: Build and manage a high performing architectural practice and team
- Delivery Management: Formulate and drive new delivery methods and harness frameworks to breakdown strategy into deliverable initiatives
- Portfolio Governance: Ensure strategic and architectural frameworks are used that will provide defendable processes and systems for creating business value
- Commercial & Financial Management: Manage the financial disciplines for sizing and budgeting projects and initiatives, ensuring ROI

**Your fit**:
Emerging from a digital transformation background, having setup and run architectural teams and practices, you’ll thrive in the heady beginnings and cut and thrust of these large change programmes. Enjoying influencing and straddling the gap of technology strategy and business value, you’ll be comfortable working with execs and teams alike.

This role will mix deep analysis of current state technology and business operation and direction with the art of building and achievable and brave strategic vision. While getting everyone involved along for the ride. It will help if you have proven examples of how this could work in reality.
