Do you want to engage and support whanau and individuals to work effectively providing quality care and ongoing support to patients? Greytown Medical Centre is looking for an experienced Paramedic to complement our clinical team, on a part time basis.

**About the role**:

- Work as independent and interdependent member of the health care team, contributing to the provision of optimal health care in the general practice setting
- Provide guidance and support to clinical colleagues
- Ensure that high quality care is delivered to all patients who visit the practice
- Lead by example, show a high level of professionalism, sensitivity, respect and confidentiality when dealing with colleagues and patients
- Be aware of necessary compliance and legal requirements regarding Privacy Act, HPCA and PHO contracts

**Ideally you will**:

- Be a registered and experienced Paramedic
- Hold a current APC
- Have current Professional indemnity Cover
- Be able to work effectively as a team member providing quality care and ongoing support to patients
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Have experience in the health sector, including working with a clinical workforce
